IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ANIMAL OWNERS INVOLVED IN
SHOWING ANIMALS
The Irish Shows Association would advise all animal
owners who have their animals insured to extend their cover for exhibiting
at shows. We understand that it would cost very little, or nothing at all.
If you are one of the few who don’t have cover, we
would advise you to put it in place for this purpose.
The reason for us giving you this advice is to
protect yourself in the event of your animal injuring someone or damaging
someone’s property. Should that happen, and it is established that your
animal was out of your control, you may be held responsible and liable for
costs incurred.
All in attendance can
play their part in keeping it an accident free event by obeying and adhering
to regulations
